The forest had some trees growing that you usually only see on the coast, so they must be here from all the rain and snowfall it gets through the winter.
Of course every trail always led back to water.
And it was a good thing, because there was really no other place the kids liked to be better then at the water. Simeon is getting to be quite the swimmer with his new goggles.
He outswims all of us.
